I was born on a Friday the 13th, and therefore associate only good things with the number. (I mean, really. As far as I’m concerned, it was a pretty damn good day.) Met a friend from high school for drinks at Lucky 13 on this particular Friday night before heading on to our main event of the evening, and, before he arrived to meet me, had a moment to ponder the week and how lucky I am. It’s a weird world, but a very, very good one.
