Abi Jones of Heat Eat Review and I were playing hooky from one of the BlogHerFood ’09 sessions while Elizabeth Falkner of Citizen Cake was setting up for her chocolate demo, complete with Chocolate Adventure Boxes, which conference attendees donned gloves to reach into and take handfuls of gooey layered chocolate mess.

    Mark, it was a cool concept, but I’m glad I wasn’t there to see it put to practice. I think it would have totally skeeved me.
