My friend Sandra took me to Aziza for my birthday, and we got the tasting menu. This was her entree: Farro with slow-cooked farm egg, porcini, gem lettuce, and 30-year balsamic. It was quite possibly the best thing we were served all night, which is saying a lot, because the whole dinner was fabulous. Utterly amazing.
