Madam & The Ants had our first giglet tonight — a chance to kick the tires and play before a group of discerning friends invited to offer feedback. Of course, we did shut the door and provide some beer, so they probably wouldn’t have run screaming from the room unless it was really bad. We all dressed up like bawdy pirates and I painted a stripe across my face and, well, we stood and we delivered. Here is Erik, our lead guitarist, warming up pre-gig, with his favorite pick in his mouth.
