Dinner, at home

After what felt like (and might have actually been) weeks of not having time to cook or being out of town, I went to the store tonight and made a simple but delicious dinner: spinach enchiladas and an arugula salad with a lemon vinaigrette. It was so great to get back into my kitchen, and to eat my own food again.

    As far as I can tell, it really was weeks of being on the go. Glad you’re getting some home-time now!
