Met my friend Joy for dinner tonight at Tropisueño in San Francisco. Tonight’s cocktail of (my) choice: the restaurant’s namesake, which features Canton Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, tequila, and rim dipped in rose-infused sweet salt.
