On the wall at Red Mill Burgers in Seattle (which, I can report, makes a mean, mean burger). Here is what it says (spelling as it is in the frame):

My favorite. I used
to live in Phinny ridge
but not very long ago
Moved to west Seattle
and there is no
Red Mill here, so if
you could build one
in West Seattle it
would be wonderful.
