Went to Bar Crudo tonight for the first time with my friend Sam, who is a Bar Crudo veteran. It was a lovely evening, and the food was outstanding — droolworthy Arctic Char, bacontastic seafood chowder, tuna confit, lobster salad with beets…the list goes on, and it was all delicious.
