Our friend Brian made the cheesecake as a gift to Fatemeh, and I got to help Fatemeh and Colin finish it off with a bottle of Allagash Curieux at their house at the end of a long-strange-difficult day. It was delicious comfort with wonderful friends, and great to get to try it after hearing the raves on Twitter and Facebook for a couple of days.
