Once in a blue moon, you end the year in Hawaii with wonderful friends. My Facebook status right around when this was taken was “Genie Gratto is in Hawaii, on a lanai, drinking a Longboard, listening to fireworks going off, in 79 degree humid weather. I’m going in a pool before midnight, people. This is motherflipping awesome.” And, indeed, it was.
Cheers to 2009. Every single day, I learned something new about my camera, my photography, and my life as I saw it during the 365 Project. It was an amazing, amazing year.
